From Neigh to Yay

Join us for a hands-on, horse-assisted clinic exploring the language of the nervous system. In the morning, you’ll build awareness of your body-mind connections and practice simple and effective regulation tools. In the afternoon, we’ll step into the herd environment, where observing and working with horses will deepen our understanding of the mind and body while enhancing our connections with others through co-regulation.

Morning Session (Up to 12 participants ):

    •    Polyvagal 101: Understanding the nervous system

    •    Somatic self-awareness

    •    The art of co-regulation vs. self-regulation

No horse experience is required for the morning session, making it a perfect opportunity for anyone interested in personal growth, nervous system education, all alongside the healing power of horses.
